🧺 What You’ll Need
-
Two 8x8-inch pans (this recipe makes a double batch)
-
Wax paper
-
Large microwave-safe mixing bowl
-
Spatula
💜 Lavender Fudge Layer
Ingredients
-
3 cups white chocolate chips
-
2 cups marshmallows
-
1 (10 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
-
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
-
½–1 teaspoon food-grade lavender essential oil (to taste)
-
Purple food coloring (mix red + blue to your desired shade)
Instructions
-
Prepare your pans:
Cut your wax paper a couple of inches larger than each pan. At each corner, make a 2–3 inch cut from the center so the paper fits neatly inside. -
Melt the base:
Combine white chocolate chips, marshmallows, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 45-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy. -
Add lavender & color:
Stir in the lavender essential oil — start with ½ teaspoon and taste carefully (lavender is powerful!).
Add your purple dye and mix well. Microwave one final 45 seconds and stir again.
Set aside while you prepare the lemon layer.

🌀 Swirl & Set
-
Pour & swirl:
Pour one flavor layer into the prepared pan, then pour the second on top.
Use a spatula to gently fold parts of the bottom layer over, then use a skewer or knife to make soft figure-8 swirls for that classic marbled look. -
Set at room temperature:
Let the fudge rest on the counter for at least 2 hours to prevent cracking and to keep that smooth, glossy finish. -
Chill overnight:
Cover and refrigerate overnight to firm up. -
Serve:
For best flavor and texture, let the fudge sit at room temperature before enjoying.
